Sample Agenda
Participants will alternate: half will complete skills-based simulations at Talking Stick Resort on Day 1 and Mega Simulations at Mesa Hospital on Day 2, while the other half will follow the reverse schedule.

Day 1
After a warm welcome and orientation to the program, you'll dive into the first set of dynamic morning lectures. These will cover crucial topics in critical care, including communication in high-pressure situations, resuscitative C-sections, and ACLS arrest management. After a midday break, you'll spend the afternoon at Talking Stick Resort for skills-based simulations. This hands-on experience will have you practicing resuscitative C-sections, intubation, line placements, and working through trauma simulations. By the end of the day, you'll debrief with your peers, reviewing key takeaways and discussing how these practical skills translate back to your hospital.

Day 2
In the morning, you'll attend additional lectures focused on complex pregnancy care and advanced critical care topics. In the afternoon, it's time for your Mega Simulation experience at the Mesa simulation hospital. This one-of-a-kind facility will allow you to participate in multi-stage critical care scenarios, where you'll apply what you learned from both pre-conference materials and the previous day’s lectures. Afterward, you'll engage in a faculty-led debrief, discussing teamwork, critical decision-making, and how to implement these practices in your own setting

Day 3
The final morning will consist of more in-depth critical care lectures and a Q&A session with expert faculty. Following the session, you’ll wrap up and prepare to head home—but the learning doesn’t stop there. You’ll receive access to a full year of online critical care content, including the lectures from the course and additional expert presentations, which you can use to continue your education and teach your team.
